Warranty, Custom Order & Sales Terms

Next-Gen Sponsons are manufactured using high-quality materials and precision components. Each unit is individually assembled, calibrated and inspected prior to shipment. The manufacturer warrants that the product is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. If a defect is confirmed to be the result of a manufacturing fault, the manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component. This warranty applies exclusively to the product itself and does not cover any costs related to installation, removal, transportation, or other associated services. All costs related to shipping, transportation, customs clearance, packaging and logistics are the sole responsibility of the customer or distributor. These costs may include but are not limited to: shipping the product to the manufacturer, return shipping, customs duties and import taxes, transportation insurance, packaging and handling costs, installation or removal labor, service or technician costs. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any additional expenses, delays, or damages that may occur during transportation or handling of the product. To initiate a warranty claim, the customer may be required to provide proof of purchase, photo or video documentation of the issue, and a detailed description of the problem. In certain cases the manufacturer may require the return of the defective component for inspection before approving warranty service.

Custom Order & Refund Policy

All Next-Gen Sponsons products are manufactured individually upon confirmed customer order. Each product is built specifically for the customer and is therefore considered a custom-manufactured product. Due to the custom manufacturing process, all sales are considered final. Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun the order cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable. By placing an order the customer acknowledges and agrees that the product is manufactured specifically for their order and that production resources, materials and manufacturing time are allocated immediately after order confirmation. Customers are strongly advised to review all order details carefully before confirming their purchase. Due to the custom-built nature of the product, refunds are not available after order confirmation.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, completing payment, installing, or using the product, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to all applicable warranty conditions, liability limitations, installation requirements and sales terms and conditions. Improper installation or misuse of the product may result in damage to the watercraft and will void the warranty.
