Important Safety Notice
Before installing or operating this product read this manual carefully. Improper installation or use may lead to equipment damage, loss of control of the watercraft or personal injury. If unsure about installation procedures installation should be performed by a qualified technician.
Next-Gen Sponsons modify the handling characteristics of the watercraft. Always test the system carefully at low speeds before aggressive riding.
Pre-Installation Check
Each Next-Gen Sponsons kit is fully assembled, calibrated and tested before shipping. Before installation the system may be connected to a 12V power supply to verify correct operation.
- Verify gears rotate smoothly.
- Confirm mechanism moves freely.
- Check display and electronics function correctly.
Installation Instructions
- Remove decorative protective cover plate (13-17 × M4 screws depending on model).
- Ensure sponsons are in middle position. Red alignment marks on bronze gears and racks must face each other.
- If needed connect system to power and select STANDARD mode.
- Remove sponsons by unscrewing 4–5 × M8 bolts depending on model.
- Using template drill a 10 mm cable hole on each side (location depends on model).
- Install base plate using original or supplied bolts. Apply thread-locking compound.
- Connect Power Box: + red wire to ignition relay or bilge pump, – black wire to ground.
- Install display (recommended location: upper plastic area of left handlebar).
- Connect wiring: blue connectors to sponsons, yellow connector to display.
- Ensure connectors align with arrows and grooves.
- Verify red sealing O-ring is present and apply silicone sealant.
- Turn ignition ON and confirm gears rotate. Leave in STANDARD mode.
- Install sponsons aligning gear marks.
- Secure with M8 bolts using spring washer and nylon washer.
- Disconnect power and manually move sponsons to confirm free movement. Light lubrication recommended initially.
- Reconnect power and test movement using display.
- Install decorative cover plate using thread-locking compound.
Usage Guidelines
- Sponsons are designed for operation in water only.
- Avoid operating mechanism outside water.
- Before riding switch OFF ignition and move sponsons manually while in water to flush mechanism.
- After riding in salt water rinse mechanism with fresh water.
High quality salt-water resistant materials are used, however regular cleaning significantly increases service life.

By installing this product the installer and user accept full responsibility for installation quality, hull structural evaluation and safe operation.
Critical Mechanical Warning
It is strictly prohibited to loosen or remove the bronze gear mounting screw.
Each gear is individually calibrated by the manufacturer. Unauthorized adjustment may cause mechanical damage and malfunction.
If the bronze gear mounting screw has been loosened or adjusted the warranty becomes immediately void.
